1. About us and these terms
This website, ayustreasures.com (the "Site"), is operated by AYUS TREASURES LIMITED (company number 15616869), registered in England & Wales, trading as Ayus Treasures Express ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: dineshnisshanka.uk@gmail.com.
These terms apply to your use of the Site and to direct orders placed with us. By using the Site or placing a direct order you agree to these terms. Purchases made on Etsy are additionally governed by Etsy's terms of use and our Etsy shop policies.
2. Our products
Our giant paper flowers and butterfly art are handmade. Small variations in colour, shape, and size between the photographs shown and the item you receive are a natural characteristic of handmade work, not a defect. Product photographs on the Site and on Etsy are illustrative; screen colours may differ from real-life colours.
3. Ordering
- Shop items: purchased through our Etsy shop. The contract for those sales is formed on Etsy under Etsy's checkout process.
- Custom and direct orders: requested through the contact form or by email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and receive payment (or an agreed deposit).
4. Prices and payment
Prices for custom and direct orders are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before you pay. We accept PayPal, Wise, and direct bank transfer (BACS) for direct orders. Unless agreed otherwise, payment (or an agreed deposit) is required before production begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
5. Delivery
We ship worldwide from warehouses in the UK and China. Delivery estimates are given per order or per Etsy listing and start from dispatch, not from the order date. Made-to-order and custom items require production time before dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs, but we will always help you chase a late delivery.
6. Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights - including the 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales and the exception for personalised items - are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site - including product designs, photographs, text, and branding - belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission. You are welcome to share links to the Site and to share our photos on social media with credit.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses. Our total liability for any direct order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Our products are decorative items. They are not toys and are not suitable for unsupervised use by young children.
9. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example postal strikes, extreme weather, or supplier failures). If such an event affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel undelivered orders affected by a long delay for a full refund.
10. Complaints
If something has gone wrong, email dineshnisshanka.uk@gmail.com and we will do our best to put it right promptly. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction - although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
