1. Who we are

This website, ayustreasures.com (the "Site"), is operated by AYUS TREASURES LIMITED (company number 15616869), a company registered in England & Wales, trading as Ayus Treasures Express ("we", "us", "our"). We make handmade giant paper flowers and butterfly art, sold through our Etsy shop and by direct custom order.

We are the data controller for personal information collected through this Site. You can contact us about anything in this policy at dineshnisshanka.uk@gmail.com.

2. What information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, enquiry type, and the message you send us.
• Follow / notify form: your email address.
• Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.

We do not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies on this Site, and the Site itself does not set cookies.

3. How and why we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry or custom order request - performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To let you know about new products when you ask us to via the follow form - your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
• To keep the Site secure - our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who we share information with

• Form processing: messages submitted through our forms are delivered to us via databeam.cloud, a lead-capture service that processes the data on our behalf.
• Hosting: the Site is hosted by Hostinger; server logs are processed on their infrastructure.
• Fonts: pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard web request (including your IP address) to Google when the page loads.
• Etsy and social platforms: if you follow links to Etsy, Instagram, or TikTok, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. Purchases made on Etsy are governed by Etsy's privacy policy and terms.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and order correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for up to 6 years afterwards where it relates to a sale (for tax and legal record-keeping). Follow-list emails are kept until you ask to be removed.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to our processing of your data;
• receive your data in a portable format; and
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

The Site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to respond to you.

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
